Peter is an experienced manager and accountant with more than 20 years of senior financial and general management experience. Initially trained as a management accountant with Rowntree Mackintosh (Nestle) he has worked across a wide spectrum of industry.

He spent a number of years as a Financial Controller with one of the country's leading Construction Companies - Taylor Woodrow before moving on to be a General Manager of the UK's largest Mushroom producer and supplier.

An experienced manger of change Peter has been involved as a Senior Finance manager in a number of business sectors, Most recently with one of the leading utility business - National Grid.

Peter has developed a reputation for delivering finance and business skills training in a jargon free and motivational style.

Meet Jan Hartley Bsc (Hons) Pschol, ACCA, ACMA, MANLP

Jan delivers training courses, personal coaching, and mentoring often using neuro-lingustic programming techniques.

Jan has a background in finance with major blue chip companies, and has developed a passion for supporting people in realising their maximum potential as an individual, employee and manager.

She is qualified NLP practitioner and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.

Meet Steve Boswell I Eng, HIIE, MCIPD

Steve is an experienced manager with 35 years of experience in the Electricity Supply Industry.

He has worked as a senior engineer and manager in both electricity generation and transmission.

He has spent significant amount of his time in training field occupying the role of Engineering Training Manager for National Grid. Steve has played a major part in the development of occupational competence standards and the development of accredited training schemes for Chartered & Incorporated Engineers and Engineering Technicians.

Steve is also an External Verifier for City & Guilds NVQs and assists the Institution of Incorporated Engineers with the accredition of degree courses. Steve is a training and development professional who is able to provide a full consultancy service to in-company training departments.
